Content & Social Media VA (bilingual)
Part-time · 20 hrs/week · Remote (Latin America) · USD $8–9/hr · Paid weekly (Fridays)
Latera is hiring a bilingual Content & Social Media VA for our client, an online language school. You'll turn their content plan into scroll-stopping posts and short videos in Spanish and English, work directly with the founder and teachers, and keep their community engaged. This is a long-term, part-time remote role.
What you'll do
- Publish 3–5 Instagram, Facebook and TikTok posts per week from the content plan
- Plan, film-direct and edit Reels/short videos with the founder and teachers
- Write captions in Spanish and English
- Schedule posts and keep the content calendar up to date
- Reply to comments and DMs and route real leads to the team
- Design simple graphics and carousels in Canva
- Send a short monthly performance recap (reach, engagement, top posts, ideas)
What you need
- Bilingual Spanish/English, C1 or higher
- A portfolio or examples of social content you've made
- Comfortable shooting and editing video on a smartphone
- Canva
- Reliable internet and your own computer
- About 20 hrs/week, with overlap with US Pacific business hours (roughly 9 a.m.–3 p.m. Pacific = 11 a.m.–5 p.m. Colombia, or 12–6 p.m. in winter)

- Experience in education or language-learning content
Pay
- USD $8–9/hr depending on experience
- Part-time, 20 hrs/week
- 100% remote
- Paid weekly, every Friday (Saturday–Friday pay period), via Stripe, Wise, PayPal or bank

Latera busca una persona VA bilingüe de Contenido y Redes Sociales para nuestro cliente, una escuela de idiomas en línea. Convertirás su plan de contenido en publicaciones y videos cortos en español e inglés, trabajarás directamente con el fundador y los profesores, y mantendrás activa a su comunidad. Es un rol remoto, de medio tiempo y a largo plazo.
Lo que harás
- Publicar 3–5 posts por semana en Instagram, Facebook y TikTok a partir del plan de contenido
- Planear, dirigir y editar Reels/videos cortos con el fundador y los profesores
- Escribir captions en español e inglés
- Programar publicaciones y mantener el calendario de contenido al día
- Responder comentarios y mensajes, y pasar los leads reales al equipo
- Diseñar gráficos y carruseles sencillos en Canva
- Enviar un resumen mensual de resultados (alcance, interacción, mejores posts, ideas)
Requisitos
- Bilingüe español/inglés, nivel C1 o superior
- Portafolio o ejemplos de contenido para redes que hayas creado
- Saber grabar y editar video con el celular
- Canva
- Internet estable y computador propio
- Unas 20 h/semana, con coincidencia con el horario laboral del Pacífico de EE. UU. (aprox. 9 a. m.–3 p. m. Pacífico = 11 a. m.–5 p. m. Colombia, o 12–6 p. m. en invierno)
